TROPIQUE CAFE & RESTAURANT

Set to blaze the trail for a new kind of French-inspired wine and dine experience, Tropique is located at Spring Lab, a temporary lifestyle and health experience park in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The client requested a low budget and easy installation with flexibility. Serjenq Studio designed a cost-effective architectural form made entirely of cement fibre boards to fit the two-storey steel structure. The dominant silhouette is a play between carefully proportionated arches and walls, decorated with tropical greens and a touch of gold. Emerge yourself in the Cote d'Azur vibe, and smell the South East Asian wind blow.
