The flagship eatery at Danga Bay, Johor Bahru has been operating since Sedap Corner, a respected local restaurant brand, was established three decades ago. This project involved rebranding and renovating the existing structure. Ventilation concrete blocks were extensively applied to the exterior, reflecting a building material that was both trendy and common in the 1980s. Even today, this material retains its chic visual impact, reminiscent of Palm Springs, California.
