Decades ago, Oleg — a Scandinavian man deeply proud of his cultural roots — dreamed of exploring the world. During his travels in Dallas, he fell in love with the city’s famously sinfully good burgers. After tasting countless varieties across the United States, he was inspired to create his own.

Oleg’s burgers come with a choice of charcoal bun or Belgian waffle, sandwiching a wide range of inventive ingredient combinations he has crafted with pride. The design, much like his food, is an eclectic mix — blending elements of his Scandinavian heritage with Art Deco, touches of country style, and flashes of Memphis. The result is a sinfully good, one-of-a-kind creation.
