Pitch in Sept 2018
This is a spatial design proposal for Hermès’ official e-commerce launch event in Shanghai, China. Two themed concepts were developed, both centered around the brand’s signature orange.
The first theme, Apollo 11, draws inspiration from 1970s space-age style. Guests are invited to experience a journey reminiscent of Armstrong’s lunar landing — stepping from a spaceship onto the moon — with dedicated spaces for food and drinks to enhance the immersive experience.
The second theme, Apollo, celebrates the god of archery, music, dance, the sun, and light. The space is designed in an ancient Greek style, reflecting Apollo’s personality. A harp performance, inspired by Apollo’s lyre, adds a musical layer to the experience.
