Global beauty retailer Sephora opened its first Asian concept store on East Nanjing Road, the largest store of the French group, on September 21st of 2018. The LVMH-owned beauty retailer's new concept store brings to customers a true omnichannel experience.


Targeting Millennials, centdegrés designed a wall-unit made-to-measure for the incredible experience the concept store offers to Chinese customers: always pursuing beauty innovations and a constant exploration of beauty trends and experiences. The agency designed a neat and flat surface for the product display, imagined fully-hidden storage drawers behind the product display for convenience and aesthetics, and finally included interactive screens for a more playful experience. centdegrés also chose to keep Sephora's core concept of piano key, which is elegant yet playful.
