The flagship eatery at Danga Bay, Johor Bahru has been operated since Sedap Corner, a local respectful restaurant brand was created 3 decades ago. This project is about re-branding and renovation, based on the existing structure. Ventilation concrete block is applied to the exterior structure widely because it was a trendy and common building material back in the 80s. Even nowadays, it still remains the chicness and the visual impact in Palm Springs, California.
